Return & Exchange Policy

Our primary goal is your complete satisfaction. If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please review the guidelines below:

  • No restocking fee will be charged for returned items, except for items priced above $150, for which a 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • If you return items purchased under a FREE Shipping offer, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund
  • The returned item must reach us within 30 days from the date you received it.
  • Engraved rings or items customized per your request cannot be returned.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, not used, damaged, or altered, and must include all original packaging.
  • All tags and inserts attached to the product must remain intact.
  • Misuse of our return policy will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund for excessive or abusive return activity. Please contact us before initiating a return to avoid any confusion and ensure a smooth process.
  • When sending items back, please use delivery confirmation to track your return package.
  • Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns may take up to 10 business days to process. We appreciate your patience.
  • Please indicate whether your return is for an Exchange or a Refund on the packing slip.
  • Items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery in original condition, not used or altered, and must be returned with all original documents.
    • Please include a copy of the invoice and clearly state the item number, size, and color you are requesting.
    • You will be responsible for paying any price difference if applicable. For this We will notify you of the shipping and handling charges for exchange items once your returned item is received at our location.

Non-US Customers

For our international customers, we currently accept returns and exchanges only for jewelry items. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on rocks and crystals at this time. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
