Return Policy

We sincerely thank you and appreciate your business. Our primary goal is to make you a satisfied customer. We understand though that in some cases you want to return the item for a refund or exchange, Here is our return policy.

• No restocking fee for a return item.
• If you return items purchased with the FREE Shipping offer, then you may be charged a shipping & Handling fee of $4.99.
• The returned item must be in our possession within 30 days of the date you received it.
• Rings that were engraved per your request cannot be returned.
• Returned items must be in the original condition, not used or altered and should be returned with all original packaging.
• All tag and inserts found on some of our items has to be intact.
• Misuse of our return policy will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer.
• When sending items back please use delivery confirmation for your return package.
• Shipping and insurance cost are non refundable.
• Returns may take up 10 business days for processing. We request your patience.
• We ask if you could please indicate the reason either EXCHANGE or REFUND for your return on the packing slip.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Item can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery in original condition, not used or altered and should be returned with all original documents.

• Include a copy of the invoice and state the item number, size and the color you are requesting.
• You will have to pay the difference in price if applicable.

Returns and Exchanges for Non-US Customers

For our international customers, we now accept returns and exchanges exclusively for jewelry items. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on rocks and crystals at this time.
